The manger is rarely in the office and when in office the door REMAINS SHUT THAT IS SO RUDE TO THE older population. The office is ONLY OPEN 2 days a week at certain intervals. Maintenance does not keep up with fixing things. There are bed bugs and roaches in various apts and some roaches walk the hallway (I have videos and pics). The elevator frequently grinds and makes rubbing noises as if the brakes in a car are going bad or out.
