We had a tire blow on a Saturday evening and they opened the shop for us on Sunday morning and got us back on the road for a fair price. GREAT SERVICE
Got a flat on our RV in Mason City NE on our way to Jackson Hole WY. Roadside assistance helped put our spare on so we could roll into Broken Bow for a repair at Trotter’s. Friendly professional service, and very accommodating. Even though they were booked solid, they squeezed us in and put us back on the road, heading west!
Absolutely disappointed with the service we received today. Went to pick up our vehicle and discovered they had left us with a dead battery, instead of having the simple decency to call us and let us know of the complication, we went inside to resolve the issue and got immediately laughed in our faces telling us how supposedly terrible the battery was in our vehicle.
