Got a flat on our RV in Mason City NE on our way to Jackson Hole WY. Roadside assistance helped put our spare on so we could roll into Broken Bow for a repair at Trotter’s. Friendly professional service, and very accommodating. Even though they were booked solid, they squeezed us in and put us back on the road, heading west!
Absolutely disappointed with the service we received today. Went to pick up our vehicle and discovered they had left us with a dead battery, instead of having the simple decency to call us and let us know of the complication, we went inside to resolve the issue and got immediately laughed in our faces telling us how supposedly terrible the battery was in our vehicle. Driving through Nebraska has been quite the journey and with the help of Trotter Tire Pros I was able to keep rolling through the state to see its great beauty and some of the nicest people next to those Minnesota Nice folks! Kristina at trotter was very helpful in getting the right parts and the right mechanic (Brandon)to repair my vehicle.
