Poor customer service, way overpriced. Just paid five times the going rate. Understand small businesses need to make a profit, but sticking it to your customers is a good way to lose business.
Worst customer service ever. Spent thousands of dollars having my RV repaired and had to bring it back four times to get some of the same problems fixed again. The new owner thinks that his customers are stupid and he charges you for repairs he did not do the first time around. I say "Trotters does it nice, because they do it twice and then they charge you again." Horrible experience! Beware of this company. They are bad news and a rip off. My friends and family have stopped going here for the same reason.
RecommendedWe started out in rapid City SD with our camper & trailer with our Harley. By the time we got to Kingman AZ we had no camper or trailer lights. Trotters RV was recommended to us by awesome people in White Hills AZ. The people at Trotters fixed our lights, let us wait inside their business with our dog & gave us coffee. What should be a simple problem turned into a nightmare. I needed a replacement fridge handle. Even the manufacturer was unable to provide answers. The folks at Trotter's really took great care of me. They've worked so hard to find me the correct replacement. Beyond their professionalism, they are extremely kind people that go above and beyond for their customers. Phenomenal company.

Amazing service to rescue a faulty toilet valve on a Cruise America RV. The guys were able to help immediately and solved the problem quickly, enabling me to carry on my vacation with no fuss or drama. Really appreciated it, thanks guys.
I normally try to support our local small businesses and have overlooked rude and unprofessional staff but when they charge for come back work and smudge grease all over the bedding and carpet, then to top it all off calling us liars. I am DONE with this company and suggest that you take your RV anywhere but here.
