We visited Trotters after looking online and seeing their vast amount of stock and also speaking to a few other places, who weren’t so great. As we were travelling for a couple of hours to visit, I called to ask a few questions and spoke with Louie who was extremely helpful. Fantastic experience! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon entry, they let us try on a variety of watches without us feeling pressured, ran us through several options and again the experience was amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks Trotters!
Being completely honest because I’m actually quite upset, I was bought a diamond necklace for a special occasion so it’s a sentimental piece. The SEVENTH stone has just fallen out. Each time sending it back & they’ve replaced it, whether it’s being replaced by a real diamond or not - I’ll see once the diamonds are tested. I’m not one for leaving reviews but I am so impressed with these guys and there after sales service I felt I had to.Just bought my second watch off of Trotters,the first time I visited the store and had a great experience,they interacted with the kids by giving them hats and stuff and that stayed with me.Decided I wanted another watch but had no time to go to the store so did it all online,I had a minor issue but these guys were straight on it and sorted it.So thankful to them for making it another great experience.
