Definitely do not recommend was speaking to the owner on WhatsApp and insta for a week as I wanted to buy a ‘rare’ watch which I asked time and time again if everything was as it should be from factory which they clearly stated it was. I rang the actual Rolex retailer it was bought from and they confirmed it never left there store with the ‘factory diamond dial’ they said it had after which I had to argue my point and prove them wrong which they then refunded me with no intention of compensation. Superb customer service from Eddie, really appreciate him taking the time and talking me through my options. I’m naturally an indecisive person and he didn’t rush me at all. The whole team were kind and welcoming and I look forward to coming back soon.
I was served today by a young man didnt get his name, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the rolex I was looking for getting many out for me to try on . great service from start to finish I would definitely recommend trotters, will be back! Jade & Dan
