absolutely unprofessional and atrocious service. went into pick up a towed car: lady at the desk was very professional. When we asked what to do if there was any towing damage, our conversation was interrupted by (I assume) one of the owners who started with some nonsense about "positive thinking" and how we couldn't bring negative energy into the shop. Avoid if you can: unfortunately we were held hostage by these clowns.
Bought a 2012 Kia Optima for $5000 and spent more than $3000 total on repairs. Brakes started grinding and front headlight went out after a couple months of driving, took it in to get it fixed, they said they "fixed" it. Then they started grinding again if not worse and the headlight went out again 2 months later. Other problems include: Ball joint bearing problems TWICE. I bought a vehicle from Kevin, and these are the problems I have had with it from the very beginning: -Missing lug nut -Windshield wiper fell off while driving in the rain -Engine service symbol came on while driving the car home on day 1 -Break calliper fell off while driving -Steering wheel alignment was not properly aligned -Traction control system needed service and got worse, after attempting to fix it, it got worse again, all lights are on, has been over 6 months still waiting for him to call me back on the part that h... read more
Unfortunately, my experience was not so good— I would not recommend. I was on a time crunch to get some repairs done and after calling nearly every truck mechanic in the city, they said if I brought it in first thing the next morning, they might be able to get it done in 4 days— which was as good as I was gonna get at that point. When I called the next day to get a better estimate, they hadn’t even looked at it, and on top had seemed to have lost track of it, saying: “okay we have located your vehicle and the keys”…they said... read more
