TRUST, I purchased a car for the second time from them in 12 years. First one was for my son, great deal, no problems...just maintenance. Recently, a beater car for me was exactly what I needed for getting to the store, appointments etc. They had what I wanted at a great price. I would rather buy from mechanics than from salespeople.
Trotters took the time to listen to us, and to diagnose the problems with the car. The work was first-rate, and the price was fair. Highly recommend!
Bought a 2012 Kia Optima for $5000 and spent $2500 on repairs. Brakes started grinding and front headlight went out after a couple months of driving, took it in to get it fixed, they said they "fixed" it. Then they started grinding again if not worse and the headlight went out again 2 months later. Took it to 2 other shops and spent about $2500 in total on repairs.
Brought my Volkswagon here as my lug nuts were rusted and seized. Needed them torched off so I wouldn’t have to cut my expensive rim off. It was my first time here so I didn’t know what to expect, however, Craig and the team were great. Got the lug nuts out without ruining my rim and for a fair price. Also identified and fixed an issue I didn’t know I had where a past mechanic at another shop had put my lower ball joint on incorrectly jeopardizing my safety. 10/10 Great experience and highly recommend.
