My appointment was at 11:00. I asked for a loaner to run some errands while you worked on my vehicle (which by the way this is the 2nd time I’ve brought in for the same thing, which should have never happened being a brand new car) He asked me to set in waiting area while he got a loaner. At 12:40 he finally came in & said it would only take about 10 more minutes on mine. No sense in a loaner at that point! Not happy about it.
