My favorite ppl make u feel welcome and at ease
Great experience as the parent of a first time patient! The Orthodontist and staff are very friendly and explains every step of the process in detail. My children attend separate primary dental offices and both offices recommended Trotter Ortho when I expressed an interest in braces!
Both my kids had a consultation yesterday at Trotter Orthodontics. I was greeted on the phone the day before by Candace the Treatment Coordinator, and she was so warm and welcoming. She got me excited about our visit and she answered any questions and addressed all concerns that I had. When we arrived in the office we were welcomed by two lovely ladies at the front desk.
