Just had an appointment with Dr.Trotter it was amazing! The entire process was so easy from speaking with Vanessa at the front desk and scheduling to learning about my injury with Dr.Trotter would 100% recommend! Her team is amazing!
I just had another bad experience with this office i let the first instance go . I ORIGINALLY SAW DR TROTTER I THINK IN AUGUST FOR FLUID ON TOP OF MY FOOT AND ANKLE AREA. SHE TRIED TO DRAIN BUT NOTHING WOULD DRAIN . STEROID SHOT WAS GIVEN. IF THIS DOESNT WORK in about a week. I'DNEED AN MRI. Three to four days LATER I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WANTED AN APPT TO COME BACK SO I COULD GET THE MRI .... Dr. Kado and his staff, Laurie and Sam, are very attentive professionals, kind and gentle manners. They took their time to make my visits comfortable. Dr. Kado has great bedside manners, took his time to explain everything about my condition and made me feel at easy about it.
I went in today to Trotter Foot and ankle, I had a great experience. Dr. Trotter was kind and a true professional. I would recommend her to anyone that has foot or ankle issues. Thanks again!
