I’m giving this place a five star. I happen to google the number so I can call for an appointment and seen that the reviews was low. I am not sure as to what Happened to the individuals who left the bad reviews, but I have been a patient there since my doctor passed away, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff nor treatment! And those complaining about PAs, well everybody start somewhere and they have to consult with the doctor so I’m not sure what the issue is there! This place gets an A++ from me
I never leave reviews, but I had an appointment last week and I keep stewing on it. I saw a PA I never saw before. Immediately as she enter the room her eyes widened and rolled. I’m assuming bc I’m not the typical older patient. When bringing up my medical concerns eyes continued to roll. Within 2 minutes I was told “I’m doing fine” and my waitressing job was dismissed & considered unemployed. I can keep typing about how rude, unprofessional & dismissive this young woman was
Horrible service, I wait every time I am there well past the time of my scheduled appointment, including waiting over an hour when I was so sick I had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance. Today I showed up on time for my appointment and watched 4 people who came in after me be taken in first. The last straw was the young girl who came in and did not even sit down in a chair before they called her back, I had already been waiting 45 minutes. Procedure on my eyes did not work and they keep cancelling my follow up appointment. They rescheduled my follow up appointment 5 times now because Dr. Trostle was not/is not in; the final time being my Dec 15, 2023 appointment. I arrived for my appointment and they claim to have called at 9:15 this morning. I rearranged my work schedule for this appointment. I have no missed calls or voicemails from them.
Extremely rude receptionist and forms lady. I was told the signature I needed to return to work would take 7 to 10 days. Also every visit you are seeing a different NP. I've had nothing but misdiagnosis there. BEWARE!!!
