This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. During an overnight cold snap (temperatures dropped to around 32°F), the room was freezing. There was no thermostat and no heating system at all, only an air conditioner. The windows were poorly sealed and allowed cold air to come directly into the room, which made the situation worse.
