It is a basic but well-maintained and moderately comfortable hotel for a short stay. Its location is great – in a peaceful, safe Fort Lauderdale neighborhood, just one block from the beach. There are a few parking spots available near the hotel if you are coming there by car. This is my go to place when visiting Ft. Lauderdale. Food, beach and A1A are all right here. Love their food truck and café.

Quick little 2 night vacation from our vacation before returning home. I must say this place is a hidden little gem. A lot further down the strip (quiet area). Stayed in Room 310 for reference- Room was clean, water was piping hot and bed was decent. It’s an older hotel so some things are be expected. We kept windows closed the entire time so room was pretty cool with AC running nonstop of course. It did randomly just shut off in middle night but with fan running we didn’t get to hot.
