Cory came out and diagnosed the problem with my A/C and said he would order parts and have it fixed within a week, two weeks later I rang him and he said he thought the parts had arrived the day before, rang him again a few days later and he wouldn't answer the phone rang a few more times and texted him a few times and got no answer or reply. If you want after sales service (i.e if your new AC fails or falters), DO NOT use tropikool

Have used Cory and the Tropikool team for a couple of aircons now in the last couple of years. By far the best priced of all installers I queried within Townsville. They're also punctual, reliable and informative. An absolute pleasure to deal with; I certainly won't be going anywhere else.
