I have to share a one star bad experience because they required my ID to PURCHASE a product. Scanned it and everything after I said no thank you. Totally would understand if I was buying a firearm or anything expensive but this was for a $50 mic. Decent deals, mic works great but came with broken accessories as well haha.
Came here yesterday cause I really needed some extra cash and the guy that helped me was so nice. His customer service was Excellent!
They are really nice I'm poor and need help sometimes and they have helped me when no one else would so I am glad for them being there, thanks
Just because I can't give them zero Stars, we'll pretend that it's that. I went in with two different cordless tool sets and for all four tools five batteries and cases they were going to give me $60 because the small tool section that they had that didn't have anything useful was marked down. He was quite rude about it and their customer service is absolutely horrendous. I will not walk back into that establishment again.
