I have been going to tropics since literally the first day they opened their first location. When he had no employees just him and his kids. They have always been fair and honest. They low balled me an offer for a gold chain it was at least 5 grams and offered me $100.
Tropics pawn is such a great family atmosphere, you feel like your part of the team. Shout out to the staff ESPECIALLY Tiffany she is the pinicle of customer service. Strives to help everyone. And gives the best service imaginable.
Look you win some you lose some so you can’t judge a pawn shop on one item you bring in because things change and their inventory changes so prices they can give also fluctuate. I was happy they helped me. They are fun and nice and help people. Sometimes the item I have isn’t worth much but other times I need help and they are super cool
This is the lowest offer I have received in 14k gold need it for emergency money for me nephew the need money for lung problems and I have a 135 gr of 8mm 24 inch Miami Cuban link chain and they tried to give me $12.21 per gram I said what??? I do u understand they need to make money but is gold is not something would loose value I know that 14k right now goes for $64 per gram but $12.21 ni thanks I will wait until Monday to get it sold summer also. Not recommended.
