My dad has had sewer issues from the day he bought the property. He owns the mobile home but rents the lot. We have notified the manager from day 1 never responded. The sewer backs up into the house every other day. We have to snake it ourselves every other day. My dad and my son got phenomonia from dealing with the sewer issues themselves and ended up in ICU in the hospital. This mobile park is in terrible disarray. All vegetation is dead on the easement around the property, the wall is unmaintained and different colors. IT is a havben for drug trafficking as well. Really a eyesore in the community and our Commissioner Naft doesnt appear to do anything to enforce code on this property.

Sacando el manejador porque es una persona arbitraria no persona abusiva es un personal cerrada no tiene sentimientos no tiene emociones y saca a las personas con la mano en la cintura sin tener la más mínima consideración sabiendo que si se le haya apagado que si no le hayan hecho nada simplemente es un hombre arbitrario es un desgraciado el señor richard y su esposa rosa son las personas que se aprovechan y hacen abuso de su poder o de sumando

Sadly me and my family of 3 have lived here for 6 years .. they due turn the water off for long periods of time. But what makes it sad is that the manager Rich has been nothing but rude to us such a disrespectful person. He has the worst attitude. I just don't understand how a person can be such a bad person in his position of work . Please I don't recommend any one to come move here . :(

We have a Racist , rude, low level of intelligence Manager at this property.. I do NOT recommend nobody to move here. They turn off water for long periods of time. It's very very dark in the night. They still haven't fix the lights in this mobile park. And still an increase rent. There's lot of homeless stealing. I once when to the laundryroom and homeless taking my clothes from my dryer.

The profile picture tells it all. The manager is nasty and needs to learn customer service skills. Was there with a friend on 4th of July and the Lady working the pool was very unprofessional cursing at people and not even watching the kids in the pool. Instead of playing on her phone and worrying about what music to play on her light up speaker she should be watching the kids who were running slipping and jumping on top of one another in the pool.

The residents have been in the Dark for 5 Mos. Owners installe Non-Permitted Street Lights For the past 5 months Tenants here have been in the Dark! Because the Parks Owner's and or Management installed 30 Plus Non-Permitted Street Lights thru out the Park. Clark County Code Enforcement made the Park remove all of the Street Lights. Since that time the residents have been with out Street Lights and or Temporary Lightening.Nor, has the Park Abated the tenants monthly $600.00 space rent for their failure to provide Common Area... read more
