This is a scam! do NOT rent to own from these people! If they (Jackie ) decides she decides that she doesnt like you, she'll evict you from a home you're supposed to be buying. How can you be evicted from something you're buying? We have gotten a lawyer and they say this wrong and to contact the attorney general. If you have the same problems with this place, please join us and call the attorney general. Maybe we can help each other and any future folks who just want their own place.
This used to be a beautiful safe trailer park to call home. Recent management has allowed it to go down hill.
