I'm currently in the process of renting through Tropicana properties. It is the most difficult process I've ever went through renting in El paso so far. I lived at the reserve at sandstone ranch for 6 years, they moved me in within a couple of days without issue, I worked for San Lorenzo adult and pediatric care for several years and was hired on without issue. Very very bad service for rental, I was expecting my deposit back. They stated I left trash, holes in the walls, even painted parts of the property, charged me for cleaning carpet services, which before renting I notified the manager and said they cleansed it, but I had to buy a vacuum and still kept removing buckets of dirty water, which my baby developed rash because of the lack of cleaning from them, will never rent on this company ever again, they don’t fix issues that come up with the property, and even overcharged me w... read more
