Air conditioning always breaking down and want to be charging tenants! Mold in bathrooms! Ant infestation while cooking or not! Always coming if it’s clean from morning to night. Old cabinets, outlets always bouncing and resting them, due to ants! Manager and corporate office no help always charging or tenants expense! Looks elsewhere but here! Here the a picture of the outlet it don’t let me post a video from where they come out!

I used to live here more than 9 years ago. I paid almost $600 for one bedroom. They have always had income restrictions. People who earn less than I do have to pay more than I do to live here??? Geez. 28,000/year and they want you to pay more than $1000 a month??
They have great apartments but the A/c units are crap. And I noticed it's the same units in all the properties. If the temperature of your home matters to you, go somewhere else. Very hot during the day no matter what. An air conditioner (AC) removes heat and moisture from the air in a closed space, while a swamp cooler (evaporative cooler) cools by evaporating water into the air and requires open windows. AC is not the same as swap cooler. Units are not adequate for Texas heat. Definitely be careful with these properties...
