I'm currently in the process of renting through Tropicana properties. It is the most difficult process I've ever went through renting in El paso so far. Very very bad service for rental, I was expecting my deposit back. They stated I left trash, holes in the walls, even painted parts of the property, charged me for cleaning carpet services, which before renting I notified the manager and said they cleansed it, but I had to buy a vacuum and still kept removing buckets of dirty water, which my baby developed rash because of the lack of cleaning from them, will never rent on this company ever again, they don’t fix issues that come up with the property, and even overcharged me w... read more
These properties have discriminated against me for being a disabled guy male fleeing a domestic vience with sexual assault marriage. They need to be investigated as it's obvious they are using government funding illegally. I've been approved for the 811 program and was approved by North Desert Palms and Patriot Palms only to have me wait longer then I was supposed to wait.
