This place is huge! Came for preloaded trailer. Guard friendly and efficient. Luckily didn't have to navigate the place as preloaded are right inside the gate a ways. Checkout was equally efficient.

One of the worst unloading experiences I’ve had in the past year. My appointment was at 9:00 AM. I arrived early at 8:30 AM, but I had to wait until around 12:15–12:30 PM just to get a door. I only got assigned a door after I had to keep asking and pushing for an update. Even after backing into the door, I sat there for another 1 hour and 15 minutes, and they still had not started unloading me. Terrible experience with this company. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I even arrived one hour early to make sure everything was on time. Now it’s already 12:00 PM, and they still haven’t even started unloading my truck. Because of this ridiculous delay, my next load had to be canceled, which means I lost both time and money. No communication, no respect for drivers’ time, and absolutely zero professionalism. This place clearly does not care about drivers or the consequences their delays cause. Prime drivers Usually drop and hook. Hit or miss if the load is not ready. You can check through website Guard shack will tell you where to drop mty and pick up usually same spot guard will give you the paperwork if the trailer is ready. Usually heavy no scale. No overnight parking.
