Like many others, I saw these at our local event. Was already in the market for something similar, so thought we’d look into this. It started out great. The salesman even came to the house the same day of the event. After much discussion, we put down the deposit necessary. In late 2022 Tropicana built a beautiful custom outdoor entertainment area for our family. With any construction project, there will be bumps in the road but the team at Tropicana has stepped up. We have been extremely impressed with both the quality and customer service and we will no doubt work with them again in the near future!
