Nothing irks Me more than going up to the window to stay another nite, and the lady there is so nasty n low kaniving, and so judgemental that she will try to charge more or steal money on your credit card than what's actually due for the rent for that day. It is the most irking and disappointing not to mention unprofessional act that a hotel can do because its going directly into their bank account. The woman is skinny and looks like a alien.
