RecommendedI definitely recommend this outstanding place. The staff was very polite, enthusiastic, inviting & eager to help me. The service was OUTSTANDING! The treats were VERY DELICIOUS! Had 2 paletas & were soo good. Definitely found my new treat spot.

Customer service is horrible. Prices for mangonadas was trying to pull teeth. When you have customer who is trying out your place for the first time you need to be spot on. Especially when you have multiple places trying to take your business. Good luck.
Waited about 1 hour in line. Staff very disorganized, cashier took very long, by the time it was my turn to pay ice cream had already melted. Definitely not coming back.
Awesome employees and churro split was great. Definitely going back

We immensely enjoyed our visit to Tropicana! The line outside moved quickly enough, and once inside, the staff bustled to create their colorful original deliciousness amidst a clean, colorful atmosphere. Delightful!

I was not impressed. Customers services was horrible. I had to repeat my order several times and in the end they still got it wrong.
