After working at Tropical Window for 21 days , I quickly realized what I was dealing with. The owner(You can find this info easily) , right away , pitted all employees against each other, which garnered hostility, So the end result was basically mutiny. They (owners and management) will backstab anyone who enters through their door. Also their pricing structure is horrible. I recommend any one looking to by windows from Tropical Window to look elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buyer beware. Tropical Window is a snake in the grass. They will retro fit your wallet. I know I worked there 21 days. Oh, and be careful when speaking to the office staff!

Buyer beware of Tropical Window. Their pricing structure will knock your socks off. You can shop local companies there in Citrus county and get the same product for much less. Also bear in mind that replacing windows and doors is not rocket science. Also dealing with their office staff was not a good experience.

Buyer beware when making a decision on changing your windows using Tropical Window inc. of Homosassa fl. Their pricing structure is way over the top! There are other choices locally in Citrus county . Also dealing with the office staff was terrible. They basically wanted me to go away for asking some questions. Good luck...

I have had new doors and windows to the tune of over $30,000,,and love all their work except for service,,,,,, I have been waiting 6 months for Tropical to replace the rubber around my windows,, they keep giving me excuse after excuse and a probable date and dont make it......The least they can do is call me and tell me the product hasn`t come in for my windows,,,,,Please keep in touch with me,,,,,,,Conrad Pomerleau...
