They installed new front doors, a new shower door, and repaired our sliders and several windows.Now however they’re “too busy” to keep good customers. I have had new doors and windows to the tune of over $30,000,,and love all their work except for service,,,,,, I have been waiting 6 months for Tropical to replace the rubber around my windows,, they keep giving me excuse after excuse and a probable date and dont make it......The least they can do is call me and tell me the product hasn`t come in for my windows,,,,,Please keep in touch with me,,,,,,,Conrad Pomerleau...
The sliding glass panels look great. I’m very proud with my decision.Tropical window made an excellent job. The glass panels and sliding doors around my lanai increased the value of my house.
Warranty their work. They said the spring broke because we didn't open our window. In Florida in the middle of summer You're supposed to open your windows.
tropical windows did a great job on replacing all our windows and two doors, very satisfied. they we're on time and worked until the job was done. very nice crew. thank yall so much
We had Tropical Windows install new windows throughout our Citrus Springs home and they did an awesome job. Their prices are very competitive and came in well under the first place I called for a bid. They don't sub the work out and all the employees were very helpful and polite. If I ever need windows again I will definitely use tropical Windows.
I want to thank Tropical windows for taking care of a situation I had with my mirrors in my Master Bath. I built a home with Sanderson Bay and they refused to put in a mirror that was to go over a vanity area even though it was on my plans. Even though it was initially left out Tropical windows came to my home, measured the area and installed it for me. They are a very honest and helpful company. Their employees are also nice and very professional. I will be buying my new front doors from them in the near future.

they work with you from purchasing to installation. everyone is happy to help however they can not like box stores I reccomend anyone to check them out
