Close to town. Excellent place to stay. Central to everywhere. Cairns an easy drive. Great camp kitchen and laundry. Exceptionally clean. Well looked after. Grassy sites, well drained in the Wet Season. Friendly staff.
Absolutely appalling. How can anyone review this more than 1 star. No pool, so hot and manager or owner in the wheelchair so rude . Full of permanents that run the park . Definitely don't go to the camp kitchen ( it's the high lite of the park) as you will be stared at by the permanents across from it and made to feel belittled. I hated every minute I was there
Rude wouldn't recommend. I was camping near big rubbish bins that stunk rotten were not emptied for weeks so gross !!. Got unfairly yelled at by worker for parking on grass when was no actual parking spots anywhere and No "no parking signs" , everyone parks on the grass... Was just for few minutes to pick up heavy washing no big deal wouldn't matter anyway, so Petty. Overreacting and rude . I can not fault the park they have gone above and beyond to help us in every way reasonably possible. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for them.
