I wasn’t going to add a review but in the end my service got compd but it’s not just about money. Got my nails done at this place just before going away. The entire experience was horrific th quality was terrible. The woman was upset I was asking her to fix things but the shapes were all off, acrylic was not drilled down(and where it was I was cut) after going back and forth she said she wouldn’t charge and walk away. I had an amazing experience!! Susan took her time and gave me an amazing dip manicure!! She even matched the inspo pic I gave her!

All my nails are uneven, crooked and thick, my nail lady kept leaving me to help other customers during my appointment so it took over 2 hours and had to redo them just for them to still come out bad. Left nailpolish stained on every finger as well (not the nail) and my thumb nail is shorter than all the other nails. They also looked grown out and like blobs the first try too. Definitely don’t recommend you to come get your nails done here. I literally cried.
