Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER. If I could leave a negative star review I would. This company did not honor my request to cancel my membership and continued charging me for an absolutely unused membership for 8 months!!! I tried repeatedly to send them messages through their online portal, and finally tracked down a real-live phone number (not easy to do as they do not list this option on their website) and talked to multiple people and left additional emails.
