My daughter and I signed up during the summer time but needed to cancel when August came around. We went in together, back in August and filled out their form. They advised they still withdraw one more payment because they require a 30 day notice, but that we could still use the services for that month as well. I have been going here for over 5 years and in doing so given thousands of dollars for this businesses service. I just had surgery and am unable to tan for several months. when I went to cancel I was told they are going to continue to charge me for 2 more months for no reason what so ever. I am not in a contract and now am not coming back to this rip off business that steals from loyal customers when they cancel service. As a transplant from sunny Texas, I was drawn to Tropical Tan during these grey, gloomy winter months. I cannot express how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is at the Lake City location! They really took time to explain every machine, the lotions they offer, and take my goals into consideration. I also love that I'm supporting a local family owned and operated business! If you're looking to get a little golden before summer, Tropical Tan is the place to visit!
