I've been coming to this place for no less than 15 years. Recently it had CHANGED MANAGEMENT; And has drastically gone downhill...... The staff keep getting my account confused with other accounts and saying that I did not have tans, between management and front staff have no clue how to work the database that controls your money, tans, pre - paid lotions or the beds... I will never patronize this establishment again.....
This place was very welcoming, friendly and cozy
