I simply went here for logistic reasons despite what their other reviews stated. Maddy /Mattie don't know the spelling was wonderfully helpful. Even though the pricing on the website isn't even close to their actual pricing. I will say the convenience fee for the one kind of transaction they accept is only convenient for them. Maybe they can branch out into Squared or other forms of payment that is actually convenient. Being charged to pay someone is 110% discouraging to be a returning customer. This is the least professional business that I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. They're more likely to be closed during business hours than actually in operation but you better believe they take 100% of their fees on time every single month. I bet they'd figure out how to operate professionally if it actually cost them when customers waste their time showing up to a closed business but I guess that's the benefit of running on memberships.

I've been coming to this place for no less than 15 years. Recently it had CHANGED MANAGEMENT; And has drastically gone downhill...... The staff keep getting my account confused with other accounts and saying that I did not have tans, between management and front staff have no clue how to work the database that controls your money, tans, pre - paid lotions or the beds... I will never patronize this establishment again.....
