The lady on the intercom at the drivethru was so rude and patronizing, I just backed up and went in to see if they were more respectful eye to eye, she was! It is obvious that Charity is the manager of both locations, because their customer service at this location mirrors Charity’s customer service. Very condescending. I did not speak up or call out their poor customer service, I stayed quiet and polite, knowing I would speak utilizing a review.
