I paid extra to have Nutella on my acai bowl and received none. I was the only customer and the only order at time of pickup. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived it was ready. When I took it to the car to eat it before I ran to an appointment, I realized it had no Nutella. I went back in and was told that the Nutella is now on top of the acai but under all the toppings instead of drizzled across the top. I always have amazing experiences at Tropical Smoothie in mount dora! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing, but what truly made my visit special was the outstanding service from Shante. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone so warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
