The food was okay, but the service was disappointing. I found it disrespectful that the staff started pulling up the chairs about 15 minutes before closing while there was still a party of eight dining. I understand it was close to closing time, but if customers are still eating and spending money, the staff should wait until they finish—or at least until closing time—before starting to clean up the dining area. It made us feel rushed and unwelcome.

I go to travel smoothie lot in different cities and even in different states they can’t properly make the smoothies here they tasted nothing like any of the other tropical smoothies locations I even had them remake them and was not satisfied I wasted my money go to a different location in leesburg they are the best

Made an order for the Leesburg location through the application. For some reason the application auto ordered for this location. Went to cancel the order through the app which gave me an error stating I would have to call the store to cancel the order. Called the store to cancel and was told that they could not cancel the order and that I would have to do it through the application. Mind you this was all with 2 min of placing the order. The manager of this location is extremely rude. I placed an order for 2 bowls and 2 smoothies and 2 out the 3 bowls were wrong. When I brought it to her attention she wouldn’t let me speak and kept speaking over me. I don’t know how you allow people to run your establishment that have no customer service skills. Needless to say I’ll never return to this location because of GAYLA!
