I absolutely love tropical smoothie. I normally never rate this place however, today was different. A sweet girl named Halle was on register today and her kindness as well as patience with me really struck me. I wanted to try something new today and was having a hard time deciding what to get, Halle suggested many great smoothie options for me. She was very kind. I ended up getting the sunrise sunset it was super good!
Halle was amazing this is the best smoothie of my life!!
This location the services is very poor, I bought two detox Green Island, the server by the name of Nathan H put just some few food items and the rest is ice, no taste , no green color . Very bad service. I will not buy anything from that location again. They server their customer just ice and sugar

I’ve been coming to Tropical Smoothie almost every day lately, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, which makes the atmosphere enjoyable every time I stop by. I especially want to give a shout-out to Maritza for the outstanding customer service and positive attitude. It’s employees like them that keep me coming back. Thanks for consistently making my visits a great part of the day!
