Customer service person at the register literally just stared at me throughout our interaction. No greeting. No words. Glowering silence. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but come on. Basic levels of courtesy should be the rule, not a bonus. Smoothies here aren’t so amazing that I need to keep coming back…I’ll be looking elsewhere.
Great tropical vibe good food
The staff is professional, service oriented, and friendly. The manager, Mohab, is accommodating and has exceptional people skills. Tesler and Maresita are very accommodating. This is definitely my smoothie location for the service, hands down.
