Had the most amazing experience as soon as I walked through the door. Angele was very welcoming. I was suggested smoothies and my son had the best time waiting for his smoothie. Would highly recommend this location.
This Tropical Smoothie on Preston Rd and Frontier has the best service! It was my birthday yesterday and they sung to me. Even before that the guy, unfortunately I don't know his name, but he welcomed sister and I upon entering the store with a smile and great attitude. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will make this store the only that I buy from now.
Came here after Smoothie King because the workers there were unprofessional, screaming in the speaker and such and it was a great switch from there to here at Tropical Smoothie. Employees are nice and respectful, smoothie came out blended well and I would 100% come back. Good experience.
i come here often needs more workers but the employees are friendly and helpful,i ordered an buffalo wrap and smoothie and it came out in less than 10mins. although where was 3 people there were only 2 will assist you while one man sits in the back the whole time. food was perfect 👌🏾
Do not recommend coming here. I made an online order for lunch with a friend at 1:12 pm today. we got there at 1:27 because it somehow takes them 15 minutes to make a simple flatbread (even though they always get the orders wrong). However, when my friend and I got there they made my friends order wrong, and I realized my order wasn’t even on their screen.
