I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this location. As someone who places online orders multiple times a week, I expect that when the app provides a pickup time, my order will be ready when I arrive. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived for my order, there were no other customers in the store. Despite that, I waited an additional 15 minutes for a breakfast item while the employee prepared six other online orders ahead of mine. Poor kids in there without proper training and no clue how to work the point of sale system. We opted to go elsewhere.
