This location just keeps getting worse. Slow service, inability to execute orders staff that barely acknowledges you when you come in. Avoid this location if at all possible.
This location is run so poorly that I’m not sure how they stay in business! It’s impossible to get your order in a timely manner. There are always kids behind the counter giving out free food to their friends and not doing their job. It’s awful. We just had to wait 30 min for an online order and didn’t even get a full smoothie because “oops, I spilled some” said the employee.
I placed an order through the app that was scheduled to be ready at 1:21 PM, but it wasn't ready until 1:50 PM. This isn’t an isolated incident; I've faced slow service multiple times here. To make matters worse, one of the drinks I received was only 3/4 full. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Avoid this store if you want your order to be ready on time.
I was served by a very friendly manager, who apologized to us for the wait. I assume they were training new people so I don’t blame them too much, but my friends açaí bowl was very watery and flavorless. I ordered the mocha madness smoothie which i’ve ordered before and loved, but this time it was very grainy, bitter, and incredibly icy. It made it hard to drink and had a really gross after taste so I was sad that I had to toss the smoothie, especially with how pricey they are.
