The TEENAGERS working at this facility are amazing. Great work ethic and always very polite. However; I am disgusted with what I just witnessed. There is a grown man with two large necklaces on, possibly the shift supervisor or owner, , barking orders at these children and criticizing them in a very public way. He was yelling at them to help with food while they were actively making smoothies, then barking at them to fill the cooler, then barking at them to clean the smoothie bar all while they are (literally) running to get... read more
The owner of this store took the feedback below very seriously and moved forward with a plan to improve customer relationships and discontinue professional connections that put the business at risk. The conscientious and service-oriented mindset of this business's owner is beyond compare. If every employee followed his example, there would be no better business model anywhere. Belligerent staff people (Nick) unwilling to take orders in the last 15 minutes of the day caused me to start an order and then after getting yelled at by the employee supervisor, cancel it in favor of peace of mind. No order is worth being treated like garbage.
Landon is very helpful and is a wonderful employee
