Everything is new, food is great sometimes. No complaints.
Anyone that has visited this location and dealt with poor customer service, its because it starts at the head!!. Today I visited this location and placed an order specifically asking for No Black Beans. I received one of my items with black beans and politely returned it to the counter to advise them. The young teenager that took my container walked away and came back and questioned me on whether I was sure or not that it had beans because it didnt look like it had been touched. Today on July 4th I encountered a young lady with a great personality & positive energy and made my day 10x better with me spending the 4th alone .
I was excited when Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened in Burleson, but unfortunately, my experiences over the past three months have been disappointing. I've had to wait up to 8 minutes to be noticed, and the smoothies I've ordered have been inconsistent - sometimes watery and lacking the usual smoothie texture. Specifically, our Blueberry Bliss order without added sugar tasted more like water with a hint of blueberry.
