During my visit, I experience good customer service: employees are helpful and kind. I don't know if asking about wanting any sugar addition is protocol though I'm glad about receiving the question. Used a free smoothie offer that required a $1 purchase, so I grabbed an apple. Ended up being charged $3 (and even twice on the receipt) while the cashier insisted that’s just how the system works. Took several minutes to apply the code and overall felt like she didn’t know what she was doing.
