I ordered takeout this morning from the app. Order was to be ready at 8:06. At 8:10 doors were locked so I went to the drive through and was told doors aren’t open until second employee arrives. I sat in drive through until 8:40…my flatbread was cold. Website says you open at 7. Don’t advertise an untruth.
Great option when looking for someplace different. Smoothies are great. Little pricey.
Waited in line forever to get a regular smoothie. I also ordered a bowl and yea it was so frozen i couldn't eat it. It was awful! I paid so much for that and was excited about it cause of smoothie king and NO DONT ORDER THE BOWL!
The service is amazing there! Ava remembered the last recommendation she gave me! And recommended the next amazing smoothie. The best customer service I’ve received anywhere. Everyone else is also amazing each time I go in. Drinks are awesome and they offer them at slight discount when ordering food! I keep getting the Jamaican j chicken sandwich but will try other stuff. Excellent people working for you! Excellent food and smoothies at a solid price.
My client recommended Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I had never been there before. They have more than Smoothies. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It was clean, and the customer Service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant. I will go back.
