Had to go somewhere else because they don’t take cash or had enough change
I have had bad experiences on multiple occasions at this location. Two coworkers were gossiping while customers were in the store which is very unprofessional and talking about customers. I asked their names and they were Crissiahna and Marissa. Another time the pair was working together and I came in to get a drink they were just on their phone and not helping customers while the other employee was helping me. The two female employees were rude and made me not want to return.

I had been going to this location a lot for the how far You'll mango smoothie. Service is good but in my most recent order, I found a large piece of plastic, likely from a bag. I had already drank half the smoothie so there is no telling how much plastic was blended into my drink.
My first time coming here was exceptional! I ordered an açaí bowl, and it was absolutely great—fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. Crissi provided outstanding customer service. She was super friendly, quick, and made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Crissi, for making my visit such a positive one! 😊
