The young ladies who work here this afternoon are pleasant, efficient, and prepared our food perfectly. We tried the Hawaiian Island Flat, Island Green & Bahama Mama Smoothies with Splenda and Vitamin B-12 added. It was all very good and we would order those items again.
Had the worse experience. Employees kept walking past me without even acknowledging me. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes until my husband asked if someone was going to take my order. Finally took my order and I’m assuming out of spite they added ginger to my drink that did not have ginger! Will not be returning to this location.
An employee decided to give my buffalo chicken wrap to another customer, I then proceeded to ask for another wrap as a replacement to the one that was devoured by another customer. I was told that I have to settle it with the customer myself, instead of handling it with the assistant manager.
Delicious açaí bowls, when they are available. Last two times to the store they were out of all bowls.
Wanted to love it, but the experience was extremely subpar. I visited this location on a Friday afternoon, And there were three employees and around two guests at the time in the restaurant. I waited at the terminal for about five minutes until one of the managers came up to me to take my order (all I ordered was a wrap).
