Walked in and the young lady didn't even say anything. No greeting at all. This generation has no concept of customer service. Not getting my business.
Very warm welcome great staff and very helpful
Despite there not being anyone else in line, we weren’t waited on promptly because the cashier was scrolling on her phone. And even when she started taking our order, it was clear we were interrupting her because she didn’t stop scrolling on her phone. Surfaces weren’t clean, trash was full, outside trash was full, and restrooms weren’t very clean either. They weren’t busy at all, so there’s no excuse for the neglect. Half of the banana I got as my side was rotten.
No shade to any other other locations, but this is easily my favorite and my go-to Tropical Smoothie Cafe stop. The team in here is so friendly and always so welcoming. They greet me every time and I do mean every time (and that’s a lot of visits) and even put up with the ridiculous food requests the kids have on their orders. Leaving this from the parking lot after another great start to my day. We love y’all over here!
