Consistently have issues with orders and unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It's is a great product but for the cost I would expect better service, knowledge as well as being stocked
First time here and wasn't sure what to order. The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. Ended up hating the drink that I ordered and they refused to remake anything else.
My smoothie was delicious It was my first time
I haven't been to this location but I did go to the one in Clearwater ,Florida and loved the smoothies and sandwiches. I will be visiting this location very soon.
Everything I like about Tropical Smoothie is here. This location is a little more difficult to access depending on traffic conditions and the parking is more difficult...at least when I was there. Also, FYI: THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM OLD FALLS BLVD, so if Google directs you that way, ignore it. The only direct access is from Niagara Falls Blvd.
