As an UberEats driver, my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was frustrating and disappointing. The wait time was excessively long, with orders taking far longer than expected, causing delays in my deliveries. Additionally, the South Asian staff member was blatantly disrespectful, ignoring requests for faster service and showing no regard for the urgency of my job. This lack of professionalism and poor efficiency make it hard to recommend this location for drivers or customers expecting timely service.
I ordered the green smoothie which was great. I recommend staff to allow customers to give a tip because they want to and not for doing their job which is to serve the people.
Fantastic experience. Great server with a chai oatmeal bowl. Fast efficient during the lunch rush. I highly recommend if you're in the area. Thank you so much foe your great work.
Lana and Rick (and Bob, Rick’s dad who wasn’t there, but I know if an awesome guy) at the Lake Bluff store are FANTASTIC! Funny, kind, attentive, and just overall awesome! I only go to this location for a reason! They create such a welcoming environment and are just nice, good people! Huge props for being an awesome team!
