I like the menu, but they almost never get my order right, and the service is always lackadaisical. No longer spending my money here.
This is the slowest drive thru you will ever experience. It’s truly difficult to contemplate exactly what is going on in the kitchen after an order is placed. Do they play a game of Mario Kart to decide who has to make the food? The staff is so slow, and it’s been this way since the place opened. I can’t imagine this location will be open much longer. Don’t go unless you have absolutely nothing better to do with your time but sit in an empty drive thru line for 20-30 mins.
20 minutes and perhaps 10 real words from the team member who helped me before getting a smoothie. Dude was a zombie. Hope next time everyone is in a better mood. Lol.
I've only been there twice. My first visit, my smoothie, wasn't smooth at all. Next visit, we waited for 16 mins (already paid). The workers this visit also weren't friendly
i always get the paradise point so i would know what expect when i get it and the last two times i got it , it’s been tasting differently(watered down) and the worker (i’m guessing he’s new) had an attitude problem both times i went in the past week!
