I've been to multiple Tropical Smoothie and they've all made my drinks perfectly fine and very delicious. This is the first time I've ever gone to a Tropical Smoothie and the drink just tasted gross like they just added no sweetener at all and they burley blended my drink I didn't read the reviews coming but I guess reading them now. It makes sense very disappointed
Love this place for their wonderful beverages
I have given this location multiple chances and they just cannot get it together. As someone who worked at a Tropical smoothie for 8+ years the managers should be ashamed of how they let this store run as well as the owner. They always forget the sides with my meal, my boyfriends smoothie NEVER gets made properly, customers will stand at the register waiting for 5+ minutes someone to even acknowledge them.
