The employees are the problem, not the Menu items. I go to two different tropical smoothies and the inconsistency is absolutely wild and it’s been really frustrating lately and it’s gonna cause me to stop going to both of them altogether sometimes it’s amazing because they do it right but probably six out of 10 times they mess something up. Worse tropical smoothie the young lightskin girl is the worse customer service horrible been standing for 1 smoothie for 40 minutes please get rid of her she quick to refund me instead of making my smoothie over she the worse!!!
