I work in the same plaza as this location with the staff that was here before everything was great! Good, fast, and friendly service. Now with the new staff there it's the complete opposite. They're very rude, not willing to accommodate no matter what, and the wait time for one smoothie has gotten ridiculous. I literally work a few doors down and it takes 10 mins or more to make my smoothie at times, even when there's no other customers waiting in store. Manager didn’t care about my problem , bad experience with this restaurant, they wouldn’t allow me to sit and eat and charge my phone bc it’s policy thing , and I needed to go home
I'm from out of town and we have a tropical cafe back at home too but if this location was my first experience I would have never gone to any other again! I ordered a breakfast wrap and I arrived before the time was set for the wrap was done and in the bag when I got to the car it was sooo cold cheese wasn't even melted took it back they had to look at it like if I was lying they reheated it and when I ate it the wrap was still cold! 🤦♀️ yeah I'll go to McDonalds it way cheaper and at least it will be hot! I normally visit in the mornings. Staff is always nice. Fast service and accidents orders.
I ordered for delivery through the app and always get hot food cold and cold food melted save your money and time
