Went tonight and ordered the same smoothie I always do. They absolutely put protein powder in this because it had a powdery mouth feel and it was missing the boba I paid extra for. The Thai salad was ok, nothing I’d buy again. But imagine if I was deathly allergic to something I told them to omit from the drink?
UPDATE: The staff at this location need to be more careful when making orders. I recently ordered a mixed berry greek yogurt bowl and when I ate my bowl I tasted peanut butter which I didn’t ask for. Thank god I don’t have a peanut allergy. I couldn’t go back to the store as I was already home. The staff needs to pay more attention. The smoothies at this location are consistently made great but can’t say the same for the bowls as of recent. The staff was very welcoming and kind hearted specially lailah i just had to get her name from how nice she was and give her a great review. Will definitely be returning !!!
