I went there today, stood there for no less than 5 minutes, and was never even greeted by anyone. What made it worse was a lady walks in after I've been standing there and no one acknowledged me and they immediately help her. I walked out without ordering anything and no one even bothered to question me or take my order at all.
Need a whole new staff. Someone who actually can smile and thank you for your business. Seems like a few years ago when they opened all was great. Now it needs to close!
