Don't even bother putting in a substitution because they read the NO line only, then DO NOT read the SUB line on their order tickets. In a college town, you'd think they would at least make sure the employees would read the order tickets before throwing together whatever they feel like. Thoroughly unimpressed. Most companies have a punch card for meals ordered. My punch card for ingredient eliminations versus substitutions actually fulfilled just got maxed out. Good way to lose business, if you ask me. I have gone to this location multiple times but EVERY time I leave disappointed. Most of the workers are not polite with one mocking me when all I did was order a smoothie?? I didn’t even say anything unusual or use a harsh tone. And the food is just thrown together like they don’t care. I used to go here often, until today my food was violated beyond belief. I ordered in the drive thru at 1:45pm, and a food item that I order regularly contained several ingredients that it normally doesn't, AND it was smashed inside the container. The guy who took my order came back to hand me the food with huge smile, so it was clearly aware of what he was doing. DISGUSTING.
