Place was clean and staff was welcoming. Kamie was so nice and helpful. This was our first time going to tropical smoothie cafe and we were pleasantly surprised.
The food is great, but the wait time at the drive-thru was extremely long. I waited about 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me, and the line never moved. Several cars behind me started backing out because of the delay, and I ended up leaving as well since I had an appointment to get to. It seems like there may not be enough team members to handle the demand efficiently. I hope this can be improved, as the slow service makes it difficult to return, even though the food is good.
