This business is awesome. Ordered products immediately and installed professionally. The owner gives a very reasonable price especially compared to others. After the sale service is a mainstay for this company and does excellent service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Been trying to deal with BJ Ferraro for months. Won’t return calls and nobody is in his storefront. Started a job and wont come back to finish. I think it’s a scam business!
Installation was good. Service after installation..not so good. We have had to learn how to service the shutters ourselves…which they will need if directly on the coast. The owner did supply us with parts in order to service them ourselves which was appreciated.
BJ was great at first but then once installed…I started having trouble with them, he would not answer my calls, emails and text. I have been trying to reach him for 10 months now! My husband has now had to educate himself and is having to maintain them ourselves. Very poor customer service once installed. Do not recommend!
