Im not sure what happened with Jody, but we just had the best experience with them. we stayed at 680 beach rd. and had an A/C issue, we called at 10pm and within 30minutes the service tech was there. that to me is great service. I highly recommend them.
I had a terrible experience using this management co. There were spiders everywhere!!! Poop in the tubs and faulty wiring!! They lied when they said there are bunk beds.. and no cleaning supplies!! And Linda is rude and had a condescending attitude when I asked her to send some one to fix the plumbing!!! She asked if it was really an emergency!!! Terrible service!!! Linda is so rude!! And they lie!! There are no bunk beds!! And 5511 AVENIDA Del Mare property has terrible plumbing issues!!! There was sewage coming up into the bath tubs!!!!
