We have been dealing with Tropical RV for many years. We love them! Super attentive staff, great communication and super friendly. I have read some of the comments about how they were rude but that is certainly not the case! We started with salesman John. All about the money. Owner extremely rude and condescending when I had trouble with their new product shortly after purchase.
not until they manage to get their website working correctly, viewing certain pages or contact form pages not working at all.
Rude and uncooperative when it came to a warrantee issue on a 11 month old camper.
We bought a new Cruiser trailer from Tropical, their rep, John Campbell was a pleasure to deal with. They are nice folks . If you get turned off by the sales staff at those big places...try these genuine people.
