Great rental place especially for beginners. Reese was wonderful in explaining all the syatems and the basics. The rock is a great RV.
Communication was perfect . Camper was still being cleaned when I arrived but the lounge was great and they finished the cleaning promptly. My drop off was also behind schedule and they were very accommodating. The new fridge requires geni or shore power, the battery only lasts a few hours but we sorted that out pretty quickly. I work in tech and couldn't figure out the sound system (I think it has issues) but our Bluetooth speaker saved the day. We had a wonderful experience renting an RV from Tropical RV for our family trip. The RV was in perfect condition, clean, and had everything we needed.
