We had an incredible experience; from the pre-rental stage, we received detailed information and felt confident about taking our first trip with a Tropical RV. The handover was excellent, and they accommodated us with a special time slot. The RV was very clean and organized, and everything worked perfectly; during the trip, we received quick support via email and messaging. I highly recommend Tropical.
Just made our second reservation with Tropical RV Adventures. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our family can't wait for our next camping trip in their RV named Phanta. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
Came in super excited to rent an rv filled out the big iPad in their store spoke with Stephanie she was super knowledgeable and very nice i noticed so many hidden fees it came out to 2000 dollars for 4 days and it was over my budget not to mention a 1750 security deposit something didn’t feel right so I didn’t sign and told Stephanie I did not want to proceed until we got all the details worked out as soon as I left my Amex was charged and I’m super disappointed luckily I used Amex and they are protecting me please be very c... read more
From the initial reservation process to returning the camper, hands down outstanding customer service, support, accessibility, quality and functionality of camper. Everyone was knowledgeable, thorough and response time to questions before, during and after the rental experience was fast, consistent and resolved immediately.
