Here under patient travel through the hospital in home rooms r comfy and clean so far cooking and some amenities available limited have a cooking element toaster microwave fridge and a very important kettle for cuppas overall close to hospital within walking distance and the Esplanade area staff that I have seen r very nice and I like that they will not tolerate any misbehavior from anyone staying here as I'm here to help heal and get my treatment so peace and quiet is a must for me I recommend it and also cos it is used by ... read more
The foyer was locked upon arrival at 3:30pm on a Thursday. After waiting around and calling multiple times somebody finally came down to give me the room key for check in. Upon entry I realised the Room was dirty- dead geckos in the bathroom as well as other peoples pubes. qld health labeled sheets….clearly from the hospital down the road! The environment here is close to a prison, upon entry you’re greeted with a barbed wire fence and degenerates. The state of the hotel itself is not much better. Spend your money elsewhere
For the price you are paying, it’s not too bad. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. I didn’t enjoy the cigarette smoke that lingers in the common areas, and the pool was very warm when you are trying to cool off. To people staying, this is not a resort. If you want a nice resort you need to pay nice resort money. This is fine for just basic accommodation.
